Rates
vary depending on the
season, size, location and amenities of the apartment. Minimum 25% deposit required with
reservation - Balance due on arrival - $25.00 charge for each
confirmed reservation change. Refunds on deposits require a 30-day minimum
notice in writing - there will be a minimum $100 cancellation fee.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged for two
nights if cancelled.
Early departures are non refundable, are
subject to re-rental
and a minimum $100 administration fee. * extra person charge up
